The KECCS Plan is the product of more than 150 individuals' work representing not only State-level agencies, but a variety of community partners, families, faith-based organizations and childcare centers. These early childhood stakeholders have demonstrated their support and commitment to the KECCS Plan by their attendance and input at strategic planning meetings, as well as ongoing activities supporting Plan implementation. The KECCS Plan is administered by the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, convened by the Kansas Children’s Cabinet and Trust Fund, and managed by the Institute for Educational Research and Public Service at the University of Kansas.
